Yesterday we brought you the first images from Spike Jonze's Where The Wild Things Are, his adaptation of the classic children's book, and today we bring you the first teaser trailer released to the public.
This has a really awesome, weird, indie, imaginative, creepy, "Labyrinth", "The Neverending Story" feel to it. The effects appear to be seamlessly integrated with the live action actors and puppets. The anticipation for this movie for myself is rising considerably, despite all of its production woes that's been clouding it. Even the music over the top of the trailer adds to the magic of the kids world. I am loving the feel of this movie from the trailer.
Discussion: Has your excitement risen now that you've seen how it's going to look on screen? Does this look like it has stayed true to the book?
