Movie News (11/18/2008): We have the first shot of Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s upcoming adapatation of Alice in Wonderland.
Discussion: He looks crazy and almost like a Geisha…not exactly what I was picturing when I first reported this news. I don’t know, what do you think?

It’s Tim Burton…what’d you expect? Ha ha. I think that its about par for the course with Tim and Johnny together. He made drastic changes to the Willy Wonka character so this is not a surprise.
But with Ryan I will agree…YIKES!

Can I third the motion of YIKES!! Depp’s looks always change from role to role so I guess I will wait to see how he does in the movie since I will for sure see it as he is one of my favorite actors. How cool to be able to do that from movie to movie..to change your look?
