Sylvester Stallone’s next big film is beginning to take shape. The Expendables (set to release April 23 of next year) has already begun putting together an unbelievable cast. Currently confirmed to be in on the action (and I’m sure there will be a lot of it) are:
- Sylvester Stallone
- Arnold Schwarzenegger
- Mickey Rourke
- Dolph Lundgren
- Jet Li
- Jason Statham
- “Stone Cold” Steve Austin
- Randy Couture
and others
This will be a must see for me. What about you? Does a cast like that get your blood pumping or does your gag reflex activate? Snarky comments about the above photo are also welcomed.

Good gosh that represents so many genres of action movies. WOW…what a line up if they all stay in and do this movie! This looks like a fantasy team for action hero movies! It will be interesting to see what part they all play!

Today’s big news is that Forrest Whittaker (not mentioned above) has dropped out and been replaced by Curtis Jackson… who is Curtis Jackson? You might have heard him called “50 Cent”.
Not sure what to make of this move.

this has been my most anticipated movie since i first heard about it last year. it’s amazing.
stallone has really proven himself as a writer and director with his last two films and i’m super psyched for this one.
